  • Client contact details and session records: up to 2 years after the last service was provided

  • Financial records and invoices: 7 years, or longer where required by law

  • Reviews, testimonials, and photographs: stored and used only with your explicit consent and removed from future use upon withdrawal of consent, where applicable.

  • Newsletter subscription data: until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
